# I've lost my password

# On the iOS or Android app

### If you are disconnected
When you launch the application, click on **Login with e-mail**. Click on **Lost Password** You must then enter your Navily account email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. **Remember to check your SPAM folder!


#### You are still connected
Go to the "Account" tab and click on **Logout**. Follow the steps above.

# On the Navily Web App
After clicking on the **Login** button, click on the **Forgotten Password** button. You will then need to enter your email address, to receive an email with a link to reset your password. **Remember to check your SPAM file!
