On the iOS or Android app

If you are disconnected
When you launch the application, click on Login with e-mail. Click on Lost Password You must then enter your Navily account email address. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Remember to check your SPAM folder!

You are still connected
Go to the "Account" tab and click on Logout. Follow the steps above.

On the Navily Web App
After clicking on the Login button, click on the Forgotten Password button. You will then need to enter your email address, to receive an email with a link to reset your password. Remember to check your SPAM file!
